Using Social Media to Create a Lead Conversion Funnel

When BODYBAR Pilates came to UpSwell, they were looking to grow their membership for their studio in East Wichita, Kansas. They had tried a few marketing tactics but found that costs were high and lead quality was low. They needed a marketing team to help refine their approach to bring in better leads at a lower cost, as well as integrating those leads with their existing CRM.

Solution
First, UpSwell consulted directly with their CRM company and ensured that leads from the social media campaign integrated seamlessly with their database and would be easily accessible to the entire team for working through their sales process. Then, the current member database was used to create lookalike audiences for targeting, as well as suppression lists to keep current members from seeing ads after conversion.Awareness ads were layered on to increase reach and brand awareness, allowing retargeting of anyone who interacted with the brand on social or visited their website. Finally, these various tactics were used to drive high-performing Lead Generation campaigns using branded videos and stills.
